Our Beliefs
We are not a homogenous group in our beliefs. We have differences of opinion, and no one speaks for all of us. BUT, we are all committed to doing our best to love God and love other human beings. We gather regularly to work on that together.
We are a United Methodist Church. We have a heritage of faith in the Evangelical United Brethren Church, and The Methodist Church, both of which have a heritage in Wesleyanism--the teachings of John Wesley from the 18th century. We emphasize God's character is Grace and God shows Love and Mercy to humanity through God's Son, Jesus Christ.
